Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Supreme Court building is closed to the public and judgments are being handed-down remotely via web-based technology.
News of future judgments given by The Supreme Court will appear on this page approximately one week in advance of the hand down date.
Please note that, in exceptional circumstances, the schedule of forthcoming judgments may be subject to change.
The hand-down will be streamed on Supreme Court Live and will then be made available on the Supreme Court's video on demand service.
