Practice Direction 13 Amendment

The Civil Procedure Rules have been amended (by S.I. 2017/95) to make new provisions for costs limits in Aarhus Convention claims which are commenced on or after 28 February 2017.
Paragraph 2.2 of Practice Direction 13 already refers to the Court applying various provisions of the CPR including CPR 52.19. Practice Direction 13 is now amended to add a reference to the new CPR 52.19A.
