Revised Practice Directions
Changes that have come into effect from March 2016

Two minor amendments are made to the UKSCs Practice Directions.
The first clarifies the arrangements which apply under PD 6.8.5, when at the discretion of the Court accredited media representatives are given advance disclosure of the Court's judgment.
The second, the new paragraph 10.1.7, emphasises the desirability of co-operation between the parties in cases where the Court is asked to consider the provisions of Bills passed by devolved legislatures.
